The system enforces a strict one commission per eligible order policy. When an onboarded Corporate Client places a verified order through their portal, it links back to your agent ID. The commission size is a calculated percentage of the formal base rental invoice.

Earnings are safeguarded. Once FixRent's operations team executes physical delivery, a mandatory post-delivery waiting period begins. When cleared, the status automatically switches to Payable. Administration will process direct bank transfers and update it to Paid.

Absolutely. The Agent Dashboard allows you to generate unlimited unique onboarding links. Every B2B organization that signs up utilizing your specific tracking identifier is permanently grouped under your agent portfolio.

For maximum financial integrity, if a client actively cancels an order before delivery, or if hardware is swapped via partial return contingencies in a way that breaks the rental period, the pending commission automatically transitions into a Void status to prevent accounting discrepancies.
