No. FixRent utilizes strict point-in-time serialization. Your pricing is securely locked in at the exact moment of checkout and is permanently recorded on your generated invoice. Any future changes to the global catalog will not affect your active contractual agreement, ensuring total financial transparency.

Delivery & Returns

Logistics, collections, and asset verification protocols.

During collection, our operations team scans the QR code of every physical item. If fewer items are scanned than originally assigned, the order automatically shifts to a Partially Returned status. A discrepancy workflow and service ticket will be initiated so we can work with you to locate the missing hardware.

Yes. FixRent tracks every hardware unit independently through an immutable Assignment Ledger. If your branch finishes with a portion of the equipment early, those specific physical IDs can be collected and unassigned effortlessly without disrupting the active rental status of your remaining fleet.

Breakages & Swaps

Handling equipment failures in the field gracefully.

If an item fails, navigate to your active order dashboard and click "Report an Issue" to generate a Service Ticket. You can upload proof images directly. Our operations team is instantly notified and will schedule a collection for the damaged unit, removing it from our available inventory pool to "Pending Repair".

Never. Our platform is designed to handle this seamlessly. When we issue a faulty replacement, the broken unit is unassigned in the ledger, and the new working physical unit is assigned in its place. Your underlying rental contract, timeframe, and billing remain completely intact and uninterrupted.
